The Best Choice For Home Inspection Services

 About us

With a strong background in construction and specialized training in property inspection, Ricky Nale, the sole owner and only inspector at Southern Living Home Inspections, has the experience to provide you with an expert professional inspection. By using Southern Living Home Inspections, you benefit from an experienced licensed inspector who delivers reports that meet and exceeds the state standards.

You are encouraged to come for a follow-up at the end of the inspection. By being present at the inspection I can familiarize you with the home and explain things to you as we move through the house. I'll explain to what needs to be maintained and why, in terms that you can understand.

I am trained to be familiar with a wide variety of situations. I believe that consumers have the right to expect the highest standards of thoroughness, fairness and accuracy from their home inspector.

All of my inspection reports are authentic and stand up to critical examination. I continue to build my reputation one inspection at a time to ensure you get quality service you deserve.

Now you can put my outstanding reputation for service and reliability to work for you. When discussing home inspections with your realtor, be sure to request Southern Living Home Inspections.
